Royal City Farmers Market
It’s Pride Week New West! RCFM is thrilled to be supporting such a wonderful event in our community, we’ll be at the Columbia Street Party and for the first time ever we are hosting our own Pride Edition of our farmers market!
Fun things happening at our market:
- Sign up for our Third Annual Pie Bake Off
- Don’t want to bake? Come and eat pie! Pie slices by donation with proceeds going to Royal City Pride Society
- Korki the Clown will be making her special rainbow creations
Show us your rainbow pride! Drop by our Market Info Table with a rainbow located somewhere on your person and you’ll be entered into a draw to win a fabulous prize. Don’t have anything rainbow themed? You’re in luck our artist in residence Allyson Grant is available to paint one on you!
Our friends from The Music Box are returning to run our kids activity station. The New Westminster Public Library (the second best place to hang out in New West next to us) will have a table this week. The Music Stage will be featuring the always entertaining and suave Tim Lambert. Perhaps he’s related to Adam?
Make sure you join us for dinner this Thursday our food trucks are Old Country Pierogi and Gypsy Trunk Gourmet Fare.
Directions to the market: You can reach the market via transit by taking the 106 bus or the Skytrain to Columbia Street Station and walking to the market at 4th and Royal.
